Ukraine plans to open proceedings against Russian judges who convicted Savchenko - lawyer
The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office plans to open proceedings against the Russian judges who have handed down a sentence on Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko, says her defense lawyer Ilya Novikov.
"My information indicates that the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office is going to open a case against Donetsk Town Court judges. It was inappropriate to do so before her conviction," Novikov told journalists.
