Merkel, Hollande confirm steadfastness of EU policy on non-recognition of Russia's occupation of Crimea

German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande have confirmed the steadfastness of the EU policy on non-recognition of Crimean occupation by Russia.

The EU officials expressed this commitment during a meeting with Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko in Brussels on Thursday, the press service of the Ukrainian leader reported.
