Poroshenko approves new development concept for Ukrainian security, defense sector
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed an order to enforce the National Security and Defense Council's decision dated March 4 "On the Development Concept for the Ukrainian Security and Defense Sector."
"The development and preservation of possibilities, which will guarantee an appropriate and flexible response to the entire spectrum of threats to Ukraine's national security by rational use of the government's capacities and resources, have been declared as the primary objective of reforming and developing the security and defense sector," says a report published on the Ukrainian presidential website on Wednesday morning.
