Kyiv Court of Appeals remands UKROP Party leader Korban in custody until April 15
Kyiv Court of Appeals has upheld the decision of Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv to extend the pre-trial detention of UKROP political party leader Hennadiy Korban to April 15, according to UKROP Party press secretary Yevhen Kravchuk.
"In accordance with the decision, which at the sitting on March 15 was voiced by judge-rapporteur Viktor Hlyniany, the decision ruling of Dniprovsky District judge Mykola Chaus remains in force, because motions made by defense lawyers have been rejected," she wrote in a post published to her Facebook page.
