Poroshenko envoy in parliament says chance of partial govt renewal no longer exists

Stepan Kubiv, The Ukrainian president's representative to the Verkhovna Rada, has called for the creation of a new government, saying it is no longer possible to reconstitute the current Cabinet.

"The moment for partial renewal of the Cabinet of Ministers has been lost. There is a need to urgently create a new Cabinet of Ministers," Kubiv said on March 14 during a meeting of parliamentary leaders in Kyiv.
