Prosecutor General's Office opens case under claim of MP Firsov about illegal seizure of Sky Mall
The Prosecutor General's Office has invited MP Yehor Firsov who recently announced that he withdrew from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc for questioning as a witness in the criminal case opened under a claim of the lawmaker about facts of the illegal seizure of Sky Mall shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv.
"I've entered the Prosecutor General's Office to witness against MP from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Oleksandr Hranovsky," he wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday.
Firsov said that he gathered around 800 pages of documents and went to the Prosecutor General's Office as a witness.
Earlier Hranovsky wrote on the Facebook page in late November 2015 that investors in Sky Mall – the majority shareholder in Arricano Real Estate Plc Hillar Teder and Ukrainian businessman Andriy Adamovsky, who recently had a conflict over the shopping center in various courts, were close to resolving the dispute.
