Polish Consulate in Kharkiv issues 75,000 visas in 2015 that is 23.6% up year over year – Polish diplomat
General Consulate of the Polish Republic in Kharkiv has issued around 75,000 visas in 2015, Vice Consul Jan Zdanowski has said.
"This figure exceeds the indicator of the previous year by 23.6%," Zdanowski stated at a press conference on Friday.
He noted that major number of the issued visas were national.
"Over 60% of visas that we issue as a consulate are national visas. This is mainly due to a great interest in the temporary job and education in Poland," Zdanowski added.
He also noted the increased demand for all the consular services in 2015, not only for visas.
