Kyiv reports two Ukrainian servicemen injured in Donbas over past day
No Ukrainian serviceman has been killed but two sustained injuries in Donbas over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian presidential administration spokesman Oleksandr Motuzianyk told a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
"Not a single Ukrainian serviceman was killed in the hostilities over the past day, but two soldiers suffered injuries," Motuzianyk said.
"A serviceman was injured in a shot from a hostile stationary grenade launcher near the town of Zaitseve and another serviceman suffered a gunshot injury near the town of Kharchovyk," he said.
The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic said earlier on Tuesday that the Ukrainian army shelled Zaitseve, a suburb of Horlivka, last night.
