Ukraine's course towards decentralization remains invariable
Ukraine's course towards decentralization remains invariable despite the delay in final approval of the constitutional changes, Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has said.
"Although the difficulties of the peace process have delayed the adoption of the constitutional changes, they by no means change our political course towards decentralization," he said at a general meeting of the Association of Ukrainian Cities in Kyiv on Saturday.
