Ukrainian Air Forces to face reorganization in 2016 – Poroshenko

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said that 2016 was declared as a year of Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"I proclaimed 2016 the year of the Air Forces. In this regard a complete reorganization and considerable improving of the efficiency of the Armed Forces is on agenda, and first of all it concerns anti-air defense forces," the president said when visiting a military unit in Ternopil on Monday.

He added that the matter concerned not just anti-air defense arms and machinery, but also teaching of people of how to use hi tech equipment.

Besides, the head of state said that it didn't mean that other structures of Armed Forces will miss reforming in 2016.
