President and his family take part in church service on occasion of Christmas
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko together with his wife Maryna and children Yevhenia, Oleksandra and Mykhailo visited St. Peter's and Paul's Cathedral in Huta, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
"The president's family together with believers took part in solemn church service on the occasion of Christmas. The attendees prayed for peace, harmony and mutual understanding in Ukraine, welfare for Ukrainians and God's blessing for Ukrainian land," the press service of the head of state reported.
After the church service, the president congratulated the believers and had a conversation with them.
