Leaders of the Norman Four (Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia) in a telephone conversation on Wednesday agreed on the need for a full ceasefire in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's press service reported.
"President Petro Poroshenko briefed [his interlocutors] about the escalation in Donbas in the past weeks and stressed the inadmissibility of the failure to comply with the Minsk agreements by Russia and pro-Russian militants [...] The two sides agreed on the need for a complete ceasefire," the statement reads.
