Ukrainian intelligence alarms about staged provocations of militants during holidays

Militants intended to stage provocations along the whole contact line between two conflict sides in Donbas on Christmas and New Year holidays, Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported.

"According to the analysis of the Main Intelligence Directorate, for in a short-term perspective one should be ready for new provocations of militants along the whole contact line, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukrainian Defense Ministry Vadym Skybytsky said in Kyiv on Tuesday.

He said that the given forecast concerns News Year and Christmas holidays.
