Court permits to bring Korban for Saturday sitting at 1400

Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv on Saturday morning complied with the prosecutor's request to bringing of UKROP party leader Hennadiy Korban to the court sitting at 1400 by force.

At a sitting, judge of Dniprovsky district court Mykola Chaus said that according to a provided by prosecutor health certificate, state of Korban is stable satisfactory without any prescriptions on possible harm to his health mentioned in the document.

"The court decided…to permit arrest of a suspect [Korban] to bring him [to the court hearing] to choose him a measure of restraint," the judge reads the decision.
