Poroshenko signs law that assigns pensions for families of killed heroes of Revolution of Dignity
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a law that assigns pensions to the members of the families in the view of the loss of breadwinner, who died during the Revolution of Dignity.
As the president's press service reported on Wednesday, law No. 804-VIII on the amendments into Article 36 of the law of Ukraine "On obligatory state pension insurance" regulates the issues of assignment pensions to the members of the families, who died after wound, severe injury, shell-shock or other health injuries, which were received during participation of mass events of the civil protest unfolded in Ukraine through November 21, 2013 and by February 21, 2014.
The law comes into force the next day after publishing.
