Court withdraws arrest of VETEK's assets, FC Metalist
The Kyiv Economic Court has withdrawn arrest from the assets and funds of VETE LLC, FC Metalist and the other structures controlled by Serhiy Kurchenko.
The corresponding ruling was posted in the State Court Rulings Register on November 30.
"Given the fact that the Kyiv Economic Court by its decision of November 9, 2015 left the suit of Intertransgroup LLC and Zukk Trading Ltd (the arrest was imposed as a precautionary measure under these claims) without consideration, and the second time the claimant did not appeal to the Kyiv Economic Court with a claim, the court concluded that from the moment there are no grounds for applying preventive measures," reads the report.
As reported, on July 15, 2014 the Kyiv Economic Court arrested the funds and property of VETEK and the property and shares of Kharkiv-based PJSC FC Metalist and FC Metalist LLC belonging to Kurchenko, including the stadium and the football base of the club.
