Poroshenko puts in place secret NSDC decision on military-technical agreement with some countries

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has put in place the decision made by the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) on December 11, 2015, on changes to NSDC decision of August 28, 2015, on military-technical cooperation with specific countries.

The wording of the NSDC decision is secret. NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov is in charge of supervision of its fulfillment.
