Putin orders to sue Ukraine following non-payment of debt
Russian President Vladimir Putin requested Finance Minister Anton Siluanov to file a lawsuit against Ukraine due to its failure to repay the $3-billion loan.
"Well, all right, go to court," Putin said after he heard out the report that the finance minister presented on the situation with the Ukrainian debt's repayment to Russia.
