Ukraine's 2016 budget must coincide with its commitments before IMF - Biden
Ukraine's 2016 national budget must take into account the country's obligations to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), says Joseph Biden, Vice President of the United States.
Ukraine must have a budget that coincides with its obligations to the IMF, he told the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday.
Ukraine must demonstrate further progress in conducting its reforms so that the international community can continue to support it, the U.S. vice president said.
