Ukrainian leaders should carry out reforms in Ukraine together - Biden
Ukrainian leaders should cooperate and use the historic opportunity for carrying out reforms in Ukraine, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden said after talks with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk in Kyiv on Monday.
"Ukrainian leaders… have to work together to seize this historic opportunity," he said.
He said that he has been working in government agencies for 27 years and he understands how it is difficult to achieve cooperation between branches of power.
He said that during his meeting with Ukrainian authorities they have come to the general consensus that there are many things to do.
" It means a lot of hard work" to create a free, prospering, stable and fair Ukraine, as Ukrainians wants to see, he said.
