Countries cannot redraw borders by force in 21st century - Biden

U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden has stressed the inadmissibility of redrawing state borders by force in the 21st century.

"In the 21st century countries cannot and we cannot not allow them to redraw borders by force. And these are the ground rules," he said when delivering a speech at the Ukrainian parliament.
