The United States of America will provide $190 million in financial aid for Ukraine, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden has said.
Thus, the U.S. has and will have provided $760 million in direct support since the government change in 2014, Biden said at a briefing held jointly with Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv on Monday.
