Finance Ministry hasn't got Russia's official proposal as for debt restructuring
Ukraine's Ministry of Finance has not received any formal proposals from Russia regarding the option of restructuring eurobonds worth $3 billion that mature in late December 2015, Deputy Minister of Finance Artem Shevalev has said.
"We haven't received official proposals from Russia. At this point, we have no comments on the national debt," he said during a debate in the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center in Kyiv.
