OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) monitors have observed truce violations in the Luhansk region, a representative of the mission press service told Interfax on Wednesday.
According to the press service, the Luhansk team of the OSCE SMM went on 13 patrolling missions on November 23.
The SMM heard a single shot of an unknown origin fired about two or three kilometers west of the patrol's position in the LPR-controlled populated locality of Sokilnyky, the press service said.
The SMM heard one explosion northeast of its position in the area between the Prince Ihor Monument and an LPR roadblock near the bridge to Stanytsia Luhanska, and 20 bursts of small arms fire 100-200 meters southeast of the SMM location coming from a LPR position near the monument, the report said.
