First reaction of intl organizations to Russia's Ukrainian debt restructuring offer was favorable – Kremlin
Russia sees the initial reaction of international structures to Russia's Ukrainian debt restructuring offer as favorable.
Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said information on the first reaction after Vladimir Putin's meeting IFM Managing Director Christine Lagarde is now available.
"The first reaction was favorable, but, naturally, everyone said the initiative requires extra study by the experts, which we hope will be done promptly," Ushakov said.
He added that Moscow has not received official responses to its offer from Kyiv.
