Ukraine, Finland to organize meeting of parliamentary leaders of Baltic States, Northern Europe in Kyiv

Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament Volodymyr Groysman has had a meeting with the President of Finland and the Speaker of the Parliament of Finland to discuss a meeting of the chairmen of the parliaments of the Baltic States and Northern Europe at the beginning of next year.

"Very soon the Finnish parliament will set up a Group on Friendship with Ukraine and together, we'll prepare for the meeting with the chairmen of the parliaments of Baltic States and Northern European countries which is scheduled [to be held] in Kyiv in February 2016," Groysman said on Wednesday.

He added that his trip to Northern Europe has gone well so far.
