G20 states urge intl community to contribute to settlement of refugee problem in European states
The leaders of the G20 states urged other countries to contribute to responding to a crisis related to refugees in Europe and share the burden of receiving refugees.
"We call upon all states to contribute to responding to this crisis, and share in the burdens associated with it, including through refugee resettlement, other forms of humanitarian admission, humanitarian aid and efforts to ensure that refugees can access services, education and livelihood opportunities," says a final communique adopted upon the G20 summit results.
