The average voter turnout during the second round of the local election in Ukraine was 34.08%, while Kyiv saw 28.35%, according to the Central Election Commission.
The highest voter turnout was in Ternopil region with 55.67%, Chernihiv region 46.45% and Volyn region with 43.39%.
The lowest voter turnout was recorded in Kherson region with 20.52%.
