Low salaries of Ukrainians, uncontrolled border sections won't influence visa regime with EU – Klimkin
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said that the fact that Ukraine does not control sections of the Ukrainian-Russian border and the low salaries of Ukrainian citizens won't influence the European Union when it decides to grant Ukraine a visa free travel regime.
"I don't like to draw parallels…but the experience of neighbor states [Moldova in particular], where the average salary is well-known…where Transdniestria is, is where a visa regime is working excellently," Klimkin said in Kyiv on Friday.
