Polish President Andrzej Duda will arrive in Ukraine on an official visit in December, according to Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada's Committee on Foreign Affairs Hanna Hopko.
"In December, we expect the official visit of the president of Poland to Ukraine. The Poles are the strategic partners of Ukraine in the EU," she wrote on her Facebook page.
Hopko said that during her recent visit to Warsaw the terms of cooperation between the Institute of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw and Ukrainian non-governmental research centers were agreed.
In addition, Hopko held several meetings, including a meeting with Polish Minister-designate of Foreign Affairs Witold Waszczykowski.
