Normandy Quartet foreign ministers hold talks in Berlin
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is attending a meeting of the Normandy Quartet foreign ministers, which has started in Berlin.
The meeting, which is also being attended by the foreign ministers of Germany, France and Ukraine, is taking place behind closed doors.
The meeting between Lavrov, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Laurent Fabius and Pavlo Klimkin is their first since the Quartet's leaders met in Paris on October 2.
