Rada passes law providing continuity of insurance claim fee payments during Social Security Fund reorganization
The Verkhovna Rada has amended the law on compulsory state social insurance to provide continuity of insurance claim fee payments during the reorganization of the Social Security Fund.
All in all, 237 deputies voted for the bill on amendments to the law of Ukraine on compulsory state social insurance on continuing the activity of the Social Security Fund during reorganization (No.2775).
According to explanatory notes to the law, the changes will ensure the implementation of the reorganization procedure of the Social Security Fund for temporary disability resulting from accidents at work and occupational diseases by their merger and the creation of a new Social Security Fund. These changes will ensure the continuity of insurance claim fee payments and the provision of material aid and social services during reorganization.
