Prosecutor General Shokin's office in Kyiv attacked by shooting
Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin's office in Kyiv was attacked by shooting on Monday evening, spokesperson for the SBU Security Service Olena Hitlianska said.
"Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin's working office was attacked by shooting at 22:00 local time today, November 2, amid his meeting with personnel," she wrote on Facebook.
She did not elaborate in detail.
"SBU investigators have left for the scene," she added.
"There have been no casualties in the shooting incident. Neither prosecutor general nor any other person has been injured," she told Interfax-Ukraine.
As Interfax-Ukraine learnt from a well-informed source, shots were made outdoors.
However, the Prosecutor General's Office has not provided any details.
