Black boxes from plane that crashed in Egypt to be analyzed in Russia
The flight data and cockpit voice recorders from the Airbus A321 aircraft that crashed on the Sinai Peninsula on Saturday will be analyzed in Russia, a source from the crisis center dealing with the crash told Interfax.
"Certainly, as the aircraft is registered in the Russian Federation and belongs to a Russian airline, the flight recorders must be analyzed and examined in Russia. We will insist on this," the source said.
