OSCE SMM to open 8-9 more observation points in Donbas – German envoy
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) will open eight or nine additional observation points in Donbas, Special Representative of the Federal Government for Germany's OSCE Chairmanship in 2016 Gernot Erler has said.
At a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday he said the OSCE is considering whether or not to extend its functions and purchase additional equipment, including Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and night vision devices.
