OSCE SMM inspects DPR-controlled Debaltseve for first time in 2.5 months
KYIV. Oct 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The observes of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has inspected the city of Debaltseve controlled by the so-called Donetsk People's Republic for the first time in 2.5 months.
"For 1st time in 2.5 months, SMM patrol reaches Debaltseve. Few people on streets, damage still evident," reads the OSCE SMM twitter account.
As reported earlier, the OSCE SMM intends to open a patrol base in Debaltseve and is now looking for a proper place for it, OSCE SMM Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug told reporters.
