Observers record violations of electoral laws all over Ukraine - Rada vice speaker
The observers have recorded violations of the electoral legislation during the local elections in all regions of Ukraine, the Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Samopomich Party representative Oksana Syroid has reported.
"These are violations related to the opening of polling stations. Polling stations in some cities of Ukraine were not opened on time. In addition, the observers were not allowed access to polling stations in such cities as Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, Tiachiv, and Shostka," she said at a briefing.
According to the vice speaker, a stamp was stolen at one of the polling stations in Kharkiv, there were no voting booths at seven polling stations in Sumy region, and not-sealed ballot boxes were found in Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky region, Kherson, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Poltava, Vinnytsia, and Illichivsk.
According to the parliamentarian, the so called "roundabouts" were fixed during the electoral process, while a delivery of voters to the polling stations was organized in Zhytomyr.
