OSCE SMM is ready to open base in Debaltseve as soon as it finds place for it - Hug
The OSCE Special Monitoring Group (SMM) intends to open a patrol base in Debaltseve and is now looking for a proper place for it, OSCE SMM Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug told reporters.
The OSCE mission has now examined two possible locations of the base, he said.
All in all, the OSCE mission plans to open three to four bases on the territory.
