OSCE SMM monitors ready to open office in Horlivka today
DONETSK. Oct 25 (Interfax) - The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM) is opening a new office in Horlivka, members of the mission were previously based only in Donetsk in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
OSCE SMM Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug told reporters on Saturday evening that within the next 24 hours the OSCE SMM will open a new office in Horlivka.
