Poroshenko orders to create center for studies of Russia's problems - decree
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has ordered to create a center for studies of problems of Russian Federation at the National Institute for Strategic Studies.
Decree No. 605/2015 of October 23, 2015 was published on Saturday on the official website of the Ukrainian president.
"Aiming at the systemic analysis of problematic issues in relations with Russian Federation, preparation of proposals on the provision of Ukraine's national interests I order to create a center for studies of problems of Russian Federation at the National Institute for Strategic Studies as a separate structural division," reads the document.
According to the decree, the director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies appoints and dismisses the head of the center.
The decree took effect from the moment of its publication.
