The Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel has stressed the importance of both sides involved in the Donbas conflict adhering to the Minsk agreements.
At a joint briefing with Ukrainian Head of State Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv, Bettel said he spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin two weeks ago to discuss the Minsk agreements as they are the only way to stabilize the situation and to find a solution to the crisis.
