Eight Constitutional Court judges eligible for lustration, cannot hear lustration case - Yatseniuk
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine cannot continue to hear the case on the lawfulness of some clauses of the law on lustration as the Constitutional Court includes eight judges who are eligible to be subject to lustration, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
"The government has decided to send its representative with the relevant legal position to the Constitutional Court tomorrow. Mrs. Kozachenko, the head of the lustration department, will represent the interests of the Ukrainian government," he said.
