Poroshenko says new ICAO standards should be developed, introduced at times of 'hybrid war'
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has stressed the necessity of developing and introduction new requirements of the International Civil Aviation Association (ICAO) concerning measures which should be taken at times 'hybrid war', during the annexation of territory belonging to a sovereign state, and activity related to this.
This follows from Poroshenko's telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, the president's website has reported.
