Poroshenko, Dutch PM Rutte agree to punish perpetrators of MH17 tragedy taking into account five states' investigation
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte while speaking over the telephone agreed that a final decision on the mechanism of bringing the perpetrators of the MH17 disaster to justice will be made taking into consideration the investigation of the joint Group involving five states: Ukraine, the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia and Belgium.
"The interlocutors discussed further joint actions meant to set up an optimal mechanism to ensure that the guilty of the MH17 tragedy would be brought to account. They agreed that the final decision concerning such mechanism will be taken, taking into account the results of the criminal investigation, which is [being] carried [out] by the joint group involving Ukraine, Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia and Belgium," the president's press service reported.
