Security subgroup discusses Donbas infrastructure reconstruction - OSCE special representative
At its meeting in Minsk on Tuesday the security subgroup of the Contact Group on Ukraine continued to discuss the socio-economic infrastructure destroyed as result of the conflict in Donbas.
The group discussed the restoration of centralized infrastructure: water supply, electricity, as well as pension payouts, OSCE Special Representative Martin Sajdik told reporters on Tuesday.
