Hollande says immunity must be granted to all candidates in DPR/LPR elections
PARIS. Oct 2 (Interfax) - All candidates participating in elections held in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) must be given immunity, French president Francois Hollande has said
"All candidates must be given immunity during the elections," Hollande told the press conference following the meeting in the 'Normandy format'.
The amnesty that "is to be carried out along with the elections" was discussed at the meeting, Hollande added.
