Putin says unfortunately, Minsk agreements still not observed but says he sees no alternative
Russian president Vladimir Putin announced that he plans to talk about full observation of the Minsk Agreements at the meeting with the Normandy Four leaders to be held in Paris on Friday.
"I expect that the Minsk Agreements will be observed. Tomorrow, we will talk about it at the meeting with my counterparts," Putin said when speaking during the meeting of the Presidential Council on Human Rights.
"There is no alternative route but observing them in full; regrettably, they are not observed as yet," Putin said. "But anyway, we will be working on it," he said.
