Regional development ministry, Association of Ukrainian Cities, Council of Europe sign memo of cooperation

The Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Ministry of Ukraine has signed a memorandum on cooperation with the Council of Europe and the Association of Ukrainian Cities (AUC) to help communities to unite, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported on Thursday.

"We've signed the memorandum and the Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Ministry, the Council of Europe and AUC continue work to support reform offices," First Deputy Minister Viachslav Nehoda said at the conference on inter-municipal cooperation.
