Contact Group approves two-stage weaponry removal in Donbas
The Contact Group on Ukraine has signed a supplement to the Package of Measures, whereby weapons in Donbas should be removed in two stages, OSCE Special representative Martin Sajdik has said.
The first stage will begin two days after full ceasefire and be complete in 15 days; the second will end in 24 days, he said.
The OSCE will control the process through monitoring and verification, he said.
