Donbas truce gives hope of progress in peace process - Stoltenberg
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg have discussed the situation in Ukraine, Syria, and European affairs.
After the meeting Stoltenberg told reporters that he welcomes the efforts to observe the ceasefire in southeastern Ukraine.
That the ceasefire in east Ukraine largely holds instills hope by creating an opportunity for progress in the peace process, Stoltenberg said.
